Terms and Conditions - Bali Private Yachts

Welcome to Bali Private Yachts. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Booking & Payment

Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the charter date.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the charter date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of 10%.
Cancellations made within 15–29 days of the charter date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date are non-refundable.

2. Charter Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions: Yacht rental, certified crew, fuel, onboard amenities, water sports equipment, and taxes are included unless otherwise specified.
Exclusions: Additional requests such as premium beverages, special catering, or extended cruising times will incur extra charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Capacity: The maximum capacity of guests is clearly stated for each yacht. Exceeding the capacity is not permitted for safety reasons.
Behavior: Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence will be charged to the guest.
Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on board.

4. Weather & Safety

Weather Conditions: Charters are subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we will reschedule your trip or offer a refund.
Safety First: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. The captain reserves the right to terminate the charter in case of non-compliance or unsafe behavior.

5. Liability

Insurance: All yachts are insured for marine liability. However, Bali Private Yachts is not liable for personal injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.
Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify Bali Private Yachts against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising during the charter.

6. Amendments to Booking

Changes to the date or time of the charter are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply.

7. Force Majeure

Bali Private Yachts is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures.
